✨ Build a connection with another mom on a similar journey.
✨ Share your unique story and be inspired by theirs.

How It Works:

1️⃣ Sign up through our Google Form HERE.
2️⃣ Get matched with a pen pal.
3️⃣ Start exchanging letters filled with encouragement and wisdom.

Pal Rules

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

General Rules

  1. Be Kind and Respectful: Approach your pen pal with empathy, understanding, and an open heart. We are here to support one another.
  2. Confidentiality is Key: Respect your pen pal’s privacy. Do not share their personal details, letters, or stories with others without their permission.
  3. No Judgment Zone: Everyone’s journey is unique. Avoid making critical or judgmental comments about your pen pal’s choices, experiences, or feelings.

Content Guidelines

  1. Keep It Uplifting: While it’s okay to share challenges and difficult moments, aim to focus on connection and support rather than venting excessively.
  2. Be Thoughtful with Sensitive Topics: Avoid discussing potentially triggering topics in depth, such as loss or trauma, unless you and your pen pal agree to share those conversations.
  3. Stay Encouraging: Offer words of encouragement, empathy, and support rather than advice unless it’s explicitly requested.

Letter Writing Etiquette

  1. Handwrite Your Letters: The program is about the joy of handwritten communication, so embrace the personal touch.
  2. Commit to Regular Communication: Honor the agreed frequency of letter exchanges (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly) to keep the connection meaningful.
  3. Notify If You Need a Break: If life gets busy and you can’t continue writing, inform your pen pal and the program coordinator.

Safety Rules

  1. Protect Your Personal Information: Use a PO Box or an alternative safe mailing address if you’re uncomfortable sharing your home address.
  2. Report Any Concerns: If you experience any inappropriate behavior or feel uncomfortable, contact the program coordinator immediately.
  3. Opt-Out Anytime: Participation is voluntary, and you can leave the program if it no longer feels right for you.

Program Participation

  1. Be Honest in Your Profile: When signing up, provide accurate and honest information to ensure a good match with your pen pal.
  2. Embrace Differences: You may be paired with someone from a different background or stage of motherhood. Be open to learning and sharing.

Have Fun: This program is about forming connections and sharing meaningful experiences. Enjoy the process of writing and receiving letters!
