We also have a proposal for consulting large healthcare organizations that have several providers and clinics. This is a four-year contract with 6 month clinical rotations focused on instituting a Perinatal Mental Health Screening Program. Ingram Screening can serve four clinics during every 6 month rotation. We research your organization - deep dive
We schedule an initial meeting, in-person or virtually
During and after our meeting we fill out the Intake Form as a baseline assessment
We prepare a 30 question screening-specific and answers template including best practices for the organization to work through
We analyze and process your answers on the template to the screening questions for the next stage
Based on your answers to the screening-specific questions, we help you create a screening-specific policies and procedures manual to be used organization wide
Contract Required For Full Program | Total hours range from 10-12 hours | $120/hr.
